Common questions

How do I undo a dose I logged by mistake?

Tap Undo right after logging, or tap the medication again and choose "I didn't take it. Remove it." You can also remove doses in History.

How do I share with a family member?

Go to My Medications → Caregivers and send an invitation. Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud. Caregiver sharing is part of Premium; only the person sharing needs Premium.

How do I restore my medications on a new iPhone?

Sign in to the same iCloud account and keep "Keep a copy in my iCloud" on. Your medications come back automatically. You can also restore from a backup file under Backup and iCloud.

How do I cancel Premium?

Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose MedKaddy. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
