Terms of Use
Effective October 1, 2026. These are the same terms shown in the app.
Agreement
By using this app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Not medical advice
This app is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical care. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, and follow their directions and the directions on your medication label.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you take your medications. Check medication names, strengths, schedules, and doses against your prescription label. Information suggested by the app, including information read from a label with the camera or looked up in the medication database, may be incomplete or wrong.
Reminders, alerts, and sharing
Reminders, refill warnings, and missed-dose alerts are a convenience only. They depend on your phone, its settings, and Apple's services, and they may be delayed, missed, or wrong. Information shared with caregivers depends on iCloud and may be delayed, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on the app as the only way to make sure medication is taken safely.
Emergencies
The app cannot contact anyone in an emergency. In an emergency, call 911. For a possible overdose or poisoning, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Provided "as is"
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will never be lost. Keep a backup.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of this app will not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the app or your reliance on it, including missed, extra, or incorrect doses. Some places don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Your data
Your medication information is stored on your phone and, if you choose, in your own iCloud account. The developer does not have access to it. When you search for a medication, only the words you type are sent to the U.S. National Library of Medicine's RxNav service.
Medication database
This product uses publicly available data courtesy of the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM), National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services; NLM is not responsible for the product and does not endorse or recommend this or any other product.
Changes
These terms may be updated. If the changes are important, the app will ask you to agree again.
Apple
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple's standard license terms also apply where these terms don't cover something.
